Hi Martha,
Sorry for the delayed response. I would love to ship you some falafels. Either I can send you the raw mix to be fried (which can be frozen then shipped) along with a handy dandy falafel scoop. Otherwise I can send you some already cooked falafels. I can also send you some tasty falafel and some sauces too.

Do you have the ability to trade for some delicious Alaskan Salmon or Halibut? If so I would love to do that!

Hello from Alaska, I am sitting here watching TV and CRAVING your falafels. I first ate them a year ago at the Kings sunday market. I went with my sisters to buy veggies and found you. I went every Sunday I was in MN and the same this October. I was fortunate to meet you and tell you how wonderful your food is. I am also a caterer and appreciate good food by creative people. If there is some way to ship some to me let me know. I have a fedex account. I have tried falafel every place we travel. In and outside of Alaska and yours can’t be beat. I am in MN every spring and fall. I shall be drooling in antisipation until then. A faithful customer. Martha Rogers

Read about your “Pedal Power smoothies” in the Star Tribune. We are hosting a reunion of about 35 people beginning October and ending October 10 (Army reunion and people are from all over the country). if you will still be operating that week end (including Sunday) on Nicollet Ave…We are staying at the Depot…old Milwaukee Railroad.

The gluten free platter is not typically served with pita chips. In the case of the picture the person ordered pita chips on the side. The pita chips are not gluten free, but the falafel and all the fixins are. Hope that helps:)
