At Foxy Falafel we strive to use as much local an organic as possible. We love supporting and cross promoting with other vendors at the farmers markets. And of course we love to pickle just about anything and everything so be sure to check out the selection of self serve accoutrements.
*All sandwiches are served with hummus, cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes stuffed in a whole wheat pita.

whole wheat pita drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and zatar spice mix baked to perfection.

You can have it your way. Help yourself to pickles and sauces! Pickles are ever changing with the growing season. You can find market fresh vegetables like onions, garlic scapes, kohlorabi, cauliflower, radishes, green beans, and lots, lots more!!
