Sandwich: Whole Wheat Pita served with hummus, seasoned cabbage, topped with
cucumbers and tomatoes, and side of pita chips. V,VG

Platter: Extra hummus, seasoned cabbage, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Choose pita chips OR corn chips. GF,V,VG

Salad: Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, feta, kalamata olives, and
red wine vinaigrette. GF,V, (VG with out cheese)

Falafels:

Foxy Falafel $8: Traditional falafel. Crispy and crunchy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. GF,V,VG

Curry Falafel $8: Indian curry spices mixed in with falafel mix. GF,V,VG

Beet Falafel $8: Ground Beets mixed with falafel mix. Topped with special preserved lemon and
goat cheese sauce. GF,V, (VG with out sauce)

Stoplight Falafel $8: Combination of all 3 flavors of falafels. A great way to taste all varieties!

Meats:

Turkey Shawarma $9: Thinly sliced local Wild Acres turkey marinated over night and
pan seared served with grilled onions and peppers. GF

Chicken Gyro $9: Special spices and herbs mixed with local Kadejan ground chicken roasted and
thinly sliced. GF

Lamb Burger$10.50: Local ground lamb from Shepherd Song mixed with spices and
roasted red peppers to make a traditional merguez sausage. GF

Sides:

Marinated Beets $4: Coriander, lemon zest,lemon and olive oil. GF,V,VG

Side Salad $4: Mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, feta, kalamata olives, and
red wine vinaigrette. GF,V, (VG with no cheese)

Pita Chips and Hummus $4: Baked pita chips and organic hummus.V, VG (GF with corn chips)

Baba Ganoush $4: Smoked eggplant with tahini, lemon juice, parsley. Served with pita chips or corn chips.

Pesto Potatoes $5: Twice fried local potatoes tossed with basil pesto.

Cauliflower Steaks $5:  Roasted cross sections of cauliflower served with saffron aioli. (GF, V)

Cheese Curds $5:  Local Eichten Farms white cheese curds lightly fried. (GF, V)

Pickle Plate $2:  Assorted house made pickles. (GF, V, VG)

We source local, organic, sustainable ingredients as much as possible while keeping with the seasons.

Fryer is exclusively vegetarian and glutenfree!
