Meal Kits

Foxy Falafel

Place falafel on sheet pan in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Warm pita in oven if you like as well.

Chicken Shawarma

Reheat Chicken Shawarma in saucepan with a couple tablespoons of water. Cover and simmer over medium heat.

To Assemble:

Make a sandwich: open pita pocket and smear hummus on the inside. Stuff with seasoned cabbage. Place falafel/ shawarma/ both inside pita pocket. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, and sauces.

Make a platter: Smear hummus on plate or bowl. Add falafel/ shawarma/ both. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, and sauces.

Make a rice bowl: Scoop rice onto plate or in bowl. Add falafel/ shawarma/ both. Top with hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, and sauces.

Herby Chicken Skewers

Skewers: Reheat in 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.
Rice: Reheat in 350 degree oven. Place in baking dish with 1 Tablespoon water. Cover and bake 15 minutes.

Sides

Soups

Reheat over medium heat in saucepan.
Frozen: defrost in fridge overnight or put in saucepan with lid and heat on low.

Chicken Shawarma

Medium heat in saucepan with 2 tbsp water, covered.

Turkey Gyro

Cook in hot saute pan/ skillet two minutes each side.

Cauliflower Steaks

Place on sheet pan and bake 350 degrees 10 minutes flip and cook for another 5 minutes.

Falafel Balls

Place on sheet pan in 350 degree oven 20-25 minutes.

Beef + Lamb Kofta

Place on sheet pan or in baking dish in 350 degree oven
5 minutes each side.

Spicy Fries

Place on sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cheese Curds

Place on sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

DESSERTS

Take & Bake
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bake on parchment lined sheet pan 350 degrees for 15 minutes
